No. Ordinary printer paper, pencils and scrap paper are enough. No puzzle relies only on color. There is no required cutting or hiding of clues.
No dedicated game master is required. The story and instructions guide the group, with staged hints and full answers available. An adult should help younger readers and prepare the printed pages for children.
Yes. Print the separate hint guide or have one person read it when needed. The entire game, including the final answer, works on paper. The browser hint checker is optional.
Each product lists suggested ages, team size and an estimated playing time. First-edition durations have not yet been timed with representative groups. The free mini mystery and real sample clue pages let you judge the style before deciding.
